Love this place they have the best service around and the best employees
Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. I've never posted a review on any business, but this experience demands it. I am a huge supporter of local small business, and this business appears to be a successful and integral part of Pelahatchie. I don't question at all their expertise in their trade, and I'm sure they provide much needed services for the area when it comes to equipment sales and repair. My negative experience with this business focuses solely on one aspect of customer service, but a critical one, and that's ATTITUDE. I will spare review readers the details of my encounter there, but the attitude on prominent display was one of "we don't need your business", and in general "we don't care" - next customer...:- Verbatim response to my comment "just don't worry about it", was "we won't ", made by assumed owner. Icing on the cake for this customer. Was in need of replacing a chainsaw and was even shopping the great selection and pricing while waiting. Now certain that I will just pick a brand that allows me to keep my business in Brandon, where the shop owner knows how to interact with customers (shop owner who actually directed me to this Pelahatchie business based in brand sold and serviced). The irony in posting this review is that I don't expect it will gain the attention of this business owner in the least, or that he would even care, but on principle, I've shared my experience. I hope that others have a more positive experience than mine.
